Hetal Patel, MD, MPH


Psychiatrist & Owner

He is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his training at the Henry Ford Health System. He helps treat patients suffering from depression, mania, anxiety, psychosis, amongst others. Nurse Practitioner

Jill is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s in Nursing from University of Alabama, Birmingham. She was employed as a psychiatric registered nurse prior to practicing as a nurse practitioner. She is experienced in treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. She was a psychiatric nursing instructor for five years. Carlton Cain, PMHNP-BC


Nurse Practitioner

Carlton is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He received his Masters of Science degree from Walden University. Carlton started his nursing career working as a medical/surgical nurse in the juvenile justice system as well as acute care hospital setting. He quickly noticed the prevalence of mental illness among the individuals he cared for. This finding prompted him to shift his focus solely towards mental health, where he worked in a nursing capacity for over 7 years. Ashley earned her Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Michigan before going on to earn her Masters degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University.
