Hetal Patel, MD, MPH


Psychiatrist & Owner

He is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his training at the Henry Ford Health System. He helps treat patients suffering from depression, mania, anxiety, psychosis, amongst others. Greg Napolitano, PA-C, MSW


Physician's Assistant

Greg graduated with his Masters of Social Work in 2013 and began working in the mental health field. Jessica Pastva, DNP, PMHNP-BC


Nurse Practitioner

Jessica is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020. She has experience working in an acute inpatient psychiatric facility as well as experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a variety of settings. Julia Brown, PA-C

Physician's Assistant

Julia received her Master's in Physician Associate Studies from Alderson Broaddus University, West Virginia in 2020. Prior to her Master's program, she dual majored in Psychology and Pre-Physician studies and received a Bachelor's degree from Rochester University. Haya Altown, PA-C


Physician's Assistant

Haya received her Master's in Physician Associate Studies from Chatham University, Pittsburgh, in 2013. Prior to that, she majored in Biology and Pre-Physician studies and received a Bachelor's Degree from Madonna University. Nurse Practitioner

Patricia is a certified nurse practitioner. She earned her masters and bachelors degrees from the University of Michigan. As a nurse practitioner Patricia has worked in primary care and psychiatric settings. She helps people who may be suffering from a range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. She strives to help clients receive the best treatment options with use of medications and/or therapy. Jill Thuston, PMHNP-BC


Nurse Practitioner

Jill is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s in Nursing from University of Alabama, Birmingham. She was employed as a psychiatric registered nurse prior to practicing as a nurse practitioner. She is experienced in treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. She was a psychiatric nursing instructor for five years. Jill’s motivation and drive to be an advocate for mental health patients comes from her oldest son’s battle with Tourette’s Syndrome, severe ADHD, and OCD. Carlton Cain, PMHNP-BC


Nurse Practitioner

Carlton is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He received his Masters of Science degree from Walden University. Carlton started his nursing career working as a medical/surgical nurse in the juvenile justice system as well as acute care hospital setting. He quickly noticed the prevalence of mental illness among the individuals he cared for. This finding prompted him to shift his focus solely towards mental health, where he worked in a nursing capacity for over 7 years. In effort to reduce stigma and advocate for improved and continuous access to mental health care, Carlton has remained committed and passionate to serving individuals from all walks of life. Nurse Practitioner

Ashley earned her Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Michigan before going on to earn her Masters degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. While in graduate school Ashley worked as a Registered Nurse in various settings to include, the emergency department, the intensive care unit, and inpatient child/adolescent behavioral health. Ashley enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, considers herself a strong client advocate, and hopes to contribute to reducing stigma around the treatment of mental health. Scott Kristie, DNP, PMHNP-BC


Nurse Practitioner

Scott is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who obtained a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2019. Nona graduated from Wayne State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and in 2022 with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has work experience in both fields. Nona started her Criminal Justice career working at the Eastpointe Police Department as a Police Service Aide. After that, she began working for the Macomb County Juvenile Justice Center as a Youth Specialist. After a year, she decided to go back to school to study Social Work. She completed two internships while in school at Domestic Violence Interventions and Renewal Christian Counseling Center. David Gillespie, Ph.D., LLP

Meet David Gillespie, Ph.D., a licensed therapist and a seasoned educator who can help you overcome your mental health challenges. Nataki Ashaki-Mahluli, LLMSW


Nataki has degrees from University of Windsor and Wayne State University and is a licensed LLMSW.
