We thoroughly assess each patient and provide treatment options that have been carefully considered.

We provide ADHD testing for adults and teens. At our Chesterfield clinic, Spravato is being offered for our patients with treatment resistant depression.

He is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his training at the Henry Ford Health System. Nurse Practitioner

Patricia is a certified nurse practitioner. She earned her masters and bachelors degrees from the University of Michigan. As a nurse practitioner Patricia has worked in primary care and psychiatric settings. Nurse Practitioner

Jill is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s in Nursing from University of Alabama, Birmingham. She was employed as a psychiatric registered nurse prior to practicing as a nurse practitioner. She is experienced in treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. She was a psychiatric nursing instructor for five years. Jill’s motivation and drive to be an advocate for mental health patients comes from her oldest son’s battle with Tourette’s Syndrome, severe ADHD, and OCD. Carlton Cain, PMHNP-BC

Carlton is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He received his Masters of Science degree from Walden University. Carlton started his nursing career working as a medical/surgical nurse in the juvenile justice system as well as acute care hospital setting. He quickly noticed the prevalence of mental illness among the individuals he cared for.
